Terms and Conditions for Family Fun Relay Event

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Family Fun Relay event (“Event”) organized by AB Health and Fitness. By registering for and participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Details:

  • Location: Airport West Football Club

2. Participant Acknowledgment:

  • By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • You understand and agree that AB Health and Fitness, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the Event.

3. Health and Safety:

  • You agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by the Event organizers.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the Event. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

4. Event Rules:

  • Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Event organizers.
  • Any misconduct or violation of the rules may result in disqualification from the Event.

5. Personal Belongings:

  • Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the Event. AB Health and Fitness are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

6. Photography and Publicity:

  • By participating in the Event, you grant AB Health and Fitness the right to use your likeness, name, and any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Event for promotional purposes.

7. Registration:

  • Registration for the Event is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

8. Weather Conditions:

  • The Event may be subject to cancellation or modification in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. AB Health and Fitness reserves the right to make such decisions in the interest of participant safety.

9. Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AB Health and Fitness, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Event.
