We have placed these items under headlines so you can see exactly what content you will be required to have on hand when you complete the Custom Build Content Collection Form. All other content can be discussed with us during your VIP Planning Session and we will help you collate it before we commence the build of your new website.
Required on the Content Collection Form
Your Logo Files
We will need you to provide a copy of your logo in editable format (.ai, .eps or .pdf). Don’t have your logo sorted yet? Click here to view our packages.
Information On Your Business
We will be asking you quite a few questions about your business including; how long you have been in business, who your target audience is, how you generate revenue and what your overall goals are for your website.
Required Before We Start Building

Approved Written Content
As part of your website build we include Copywriting for the 5 most important pages on your website. After your VIP planning session our copywriter will complete your written content and review it with you. To ensure a high quality of build final approval for this content is required prior to commencing the build of your website.

Access To Any Third Party Apps
If you are integrating your website with any third party applications such as CRM systems, payment gateways or booking apps we will need you to test and supply these login details to us prior to the build process beginning.

Photographs To Use
We will need any photographs you would like used on your website uploaded through the New Customer Form or into the Google Drive we supplied you. OR if you don’t have any or you are short on time, we can buy you 15 stock pics for $125AUD.

Other Website Content
Any other pieces of content that you want to have loaded on to your website for the draft of your website needs to be supplied prior to the commencement of your build. This includes any PDF’s, Video or Audio files you want on the website. Any content provided after the commencement of the build may not be included in the initial draft and may require additional time to implement.
Required to Take Your Site Live
Approval For Your New Site
We will review your website with you until you are IN LOVE with the finished website. Once we’ve got the site ready we will ask you to complete a quick feedback form to give us the green light to take your website live.
Logins To Your Domain Name
We will require access to your domain name so that we can take your website live once you are 100% happy with the site. Don’t know who you registered the domain through? Click here to use WHO IS tool to find out.
